Ambassador Manor is a Medicare and Medicaid certified facility. Payment options are private pay at a monthly rate, Long term Care Insurance or to file for Medicaid for long term care. Skilled Nursing basic coverage criteria

Medicare Part A

1. Doctors order for skilled nursing or rehabilitation
2. 3 day hospital stay with a qualifying diagnosis.
3. Skilled nursing or therapy services required on a daily basis.
4. Person admitted to snf within 30 days of discharge from a hospital in                                    
    benefits days are available

Medicare allows up to 100 days of skilled nursing.
Days 1- 20 are covered by Medicare at 100%
Days 21- 100 there is a daily co-insurance due, paid by the member to the facility.

Ambassador Manor is also contracted with most HMO’s including but not limited too; Community Care, All United Healthcare, Humana as well as some private insurance, depending on benefits available.
